8. Not cleaning objects that you frequently use

Do you know how filthy your phone is? Yes, your phone! The only object you touch constantly and carry everywhere!

Not to talk about the disgusting places you probably leave it at, like a random balcony, the ground, or even the public toilet, and on top of that, you constantly touch your phone and place it against your face when calling someone. Are you imagining now the germs that your phone must have?

Pay more attention to your electronic devices, not only phones but also laptops, earbuds, tablets, keyboards, etc, in addition to spots that you constantly touch, such as doorknobs.

Keep in mind this is not a personal attack but rather a way of showing you some tough-love in hopes that you change these habits for yourself, and of course, for other people who are in direct contact with you.
It might seem like a lot but it really isn’t, and you’ll feel much better once you start living your best: clean and healthy!
