And if you do some blood analyses and detect that you have a high LDL (the bad one), but your HDL (the good one) is also high, you should have to worry much, as one will nullify the other. But if you stop eating fat, good and bad, your body will be unable to create good cholesterol, and your bad can reach values extremely dangerous! And with a high bad cholesterol, the risk of heart attack or stroke gets even higher!

Eating good fats is extremely important for your heart, so if you stop eating it, your heart will suffer. This said, on one hand, you will experience benefits when you stop eating bad fat, but on the other hand, you will suffer some severe consequences if you stop eating good fat. Like I said before, heart attack, heart disease, or stroke are somethings you don’t want that happens to you. So you better never stop eating good fat!

A good metabolism is essential for your organism to function properly. More than that, a good metabolism is what helps you with your weight management. So if you decided to stop eating fat to lose some weight, you might get the other way around. If you don’t know, a faster metabolism will increase your calories burn, and the more calories you burn, the more weight you lose. Believe it or not, you have to eat fat (good fat) to burn fat.
