 Try to rotate your head slowly so you won’t harm yourself. The important part is to feel the neck stretch! • Back Stretch For Pain Relief Another simple exercise you can do to relieve back pain is by carefully extending your back muscles. To do this exercise correctly, you should simply lay on the floor facing down. Then use your hands to push your upper body up while keeping your legs on the floor. You can use your hands or hands and arms to support your upper body during this exercise. If this is easy for you, try to stretch your arms behind your back by holding your hands and keeping them straight like someone is pulling your hands behind you. Don’t forget to hold it for fifteen seconds!

2. Relaxation Exercises

If you also suffer from constant headaches and stress, doing relaxation exercises and practicing yoga or meditation can help you with the pain while working on your mental health. Don’t worry about all the complicated positions and exercises you usually see on tv. Try yoga for beginners to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility. If you struggle with keeping a stable, healthy mind, try meditating, it’s just like yoga but more focussed on your mind. There are also some simple relaxation exercises than you can do and repeat throughout the day when you feel more agitated. Here is a simple yet effective one: • A simple exercise for full-body relaxation: Step One: This consists of laying on your back, the floor, couch, or bed and then placing both your hands on top of your belly and try to relax your whole body, feeling it’s weight completely pushed against the floor. Step Two: Close your eyes and take a deep breath through the nose. Breathe deeply for 3 to 5 seconds and exhale through your mouth for another 3 seconds. Focus on how your belly is rising during each breath. While you’re doing this, visualize all the pain your feeling, whether it’s physical or mental, slowly leaving your body. Continue doing this until you feel relieved.
