Here Are The Right Positions To Sit On The Toilet

Last Updated on December 20, 2019

Always remember that squatting is the healthiest way to sit in the toilet, so when you create a different angle, you will be putting an unhealthy and unnecessary effort on your muscles and rectum.

Soon, you will be dealing with a lot of pain and your stool will never be completely out of your body completely.

#4 – Sitting and facing the tank

First of all, this isn’t a comfortable way to go to the bathroom, and also, it will prevent you completely from leaning forward and going for the right position to let everything out.

The other reason why you shouldn’t sit in this position is how unpractical it is because it will force you to sit longer in the bathroom which could lead you to strain yourself, and that’s not too good! So please, avoid it completely and don’t even consider doing it because it is not worth it.

#5 – Reverse squatting

If you think that squatting in a western bathroom is a tricky business, then reverse squatting gives a whole new definition to the words fun and weird.

Honestly, your body will appreciate the gesture and your stool will be out of your system in a healthy way. But the question remains: how are you going to aim?

It is very interesting to think about it, so if one day you felt really bored, you can try this position and let us know how it went… We are guessing a lot of toilet scrubbing as the results!
