1. Raw vegetables
Though vegetables are hardly harmful, they can still hurt your stomach if you have them as the first meal of your day.
The coarse fiber-filled raw vegetables can cause you abdominal pain as they require efforts to get digested, especially if you eat more than neccessary.
Take it easy on your stomach and start your day with meals like oatmeal, chia seeds, eggs, or nuts.
