#1 – Granola bars

Our basic problem as consumers is that we tend to deal with everything labeled healthy as truly and 100% healthy. Let us take granola bar brands as an example; most people who wish to lose weight think that taking a bite or two of the so-called healthy granola bars is really healthy.
Of course, some granola bars are indeed rich in many nutritional values that your body needs, but not all granola bar recipes you find in the supermarket are healthy.
Most of those called ‘healthy granola bar recipes’ contain at least 15-30g of sugar. So if you want to benefit from the right nutrients, try homemade granola bars or pick those ready-made ones with less than 10 g per serving of sugar.
