Apparently, one of the crazy ways to lose weight is to smell food whenever you feel hungry. That’s right, and we get back to what we said before. Our brain is a complex machine that can sometimes be easily deceived. The smell of food can sometimes send signals to your body that you are not that hungry actually and reduce your urge to fill up the plate savagely at mealtime.
