Of course, we don’t need to explain breathing during exercises because we all do it, but what many people don’t know about it is the fact that not doing correctly can affect our performance and health.
Whenever we are stressed, pissed, happy or even sad, everyone reminds us to breathe because those emotions may affect the way our insides work, and that would lead to breathing mistakes that we don’t truly want.
Not only that breathing keeps us alive, but it also fixes many of our health issues like anxiety, acid reflux, and arrhythmias. On the performance side, if we didn’t breathe correctly, we could end up hurting our bodies and neck muscles horribly, we will easily feeling fatigue and risk injury.
After all, we have been breathing since the day of our birth, literally, and it is time to make it as healthy as possible in order to avoid getting hurt in any way.
