#1 – Squatting

The best position to flush down all the waste from your body is by squatting. There are many studies that were done on people who use the squat toilet and found that when you sit and lean slightly forward, your bowels are in the perfect position to let out everything without putting any pressure on the body and without leaving anything inside.

#2 – Sitting and leaning forward

If the angle you are using when sitting is leaning forward, then you are not sitting in the right way. You will be close to doing the proper bowel position, though. So if you are a leaner, then you should go all the way until your elbows touch your knees.

This is the closest way to get into the squatting angle, which is the healthiest way!

#3 – Sitting and leaning backward

No matter what you do, don’t sit on the toilet and lean backward. That’s one of the worst ways to deal with the waste inside your body.
