1. Your shoe size will change

Research has come to show that your foot size can change after pregnancy. Apparently, only the first child has an influence on this change, and on average the size of the foot can increase from 2 to 10 millimeters. It appears as though your baby weight is spreading to all the parts of your body, but this change in shoe size actually happens because of the hormone relaxin that gives extra flexibility to joints and tendons.
