#1 – Don’t let your metabolism slow down
As we grow older, our metabolism tends to slow down putting us in front of many health risks like obesity and high blood pressure. This is why high-intensity cardio is necessary to stimulate your metabolism.
The best exercise is Burpees: Start with one set of three reps and then add a new repetition in each rep. Remember to not stress yourself over this exercise so much!
#2 – Do squats
Women of all ages dream to have round backside, and the luckiest women are the ones who have it naturally without the need for squatting once!
But due to the decrease in muscle mass, everyone starts losing the round back after the age of 40.
So it is important to do squats, but keep your back straight and your knees right above your feet to prevent injuring yourself, then do squats, as many as you can. It is a great way to tone your body and improve your flexibility.
